Hangzhou Suretop Oil Co., Ltd. was founded in 2012. Located by the beautiful Qiantang River and in Changxiang Industrial Park, Guali Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, it is one of the earliest domestic manufacturers engaged in the research, development, production and sales of surfactants and chemical fiber spin finishes.

Over the years, our company has been committed to the development and application of chemical fiber spin finishes in the chemical fiber field. We have established a R&D team that cooperates with many domestic universities and integrates the leading technologies of chemical fiber spin finishes from Japan and Germany.
